Meet every new standard without a separate project.
Comply with IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS from one place. The standards tracker shows what is changing and which statements it touches, leases and disclosures are produced from the ledger, and AI agents do the repetitive work under a reviewer's sign-off.
A 30-minute walkthrough with the team that builds FinConso.
- IFRS 18 and equivalents tracked as the comparative year runs
- Leases with the maturity analysis and note
- Audit trail, maker-checker and period locks
The problem
New standards such as IFRS 18 need every account reclassified, and leases need their own workings.
What FinConso does
Comply with IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS from one place. The standards tracker shows what is changing and which statements it touches, leases and disclosures are produced from the ledger, and AI agents do the repetitive work under a reviewer's sign-off.
Capabilities
Everything comply & ai needs, in one place.
Standards tracker
Standards issued but not yet effective, starting with IFRS 18, ASU 2024-03, Ind AS 118 and SFRS(I) 18: what changes, from when, and which statements and notes it touches.
Leases
Right-of-use assets and lease liabilities from the lease terms under IFRS 16, ASC 842, Ind AS 116 and SFRS(I) 16, with unwinding, depreciation, modifications, the maturity analysis and the note.
Related party disclosure
Disclosures under IAS 24, ASC 850, Ind AS 24 and SFRS(I) 1-24, with approvals, ratification and meeting dates captured when they happen.
Statutory formats and filings
Statements laid out in the IAS 1, Regulation S-X, Schedule III and SFRS(I) formats. SEC filing output and ACRA XBRL are on the roadmap.
Internal controls and audit trail
Maker-checker, role-based access, period locks and a full trail, supporting internal controls (SOX 404 support on the roadmap).
AI agents and finance assistant
Matching, capture, prediction and drafting agents in each module, and plain-language answers with sources. A reviewer approves every action.

Comply & AI questions
Anything else, ask us in the demo. You will be talking to the people who build it.
Does the AI post anything on its own?
No. AI agents propose matches, codings, corrections and commentary. A named reviewer approves each one before it posts, and the audit trail records both.
Which standards does the tracker cover?
Standards issued but not yet effective under IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS and SFRS(I), starting with IFRS 18, ASU 2024-03, Ind AS 118 and SFRS(I) 18.
Does the lease module handle modifications?
Yes. Modifications, remeasurements and terminations are recorded against the lease, with the schedules recalculated.
Do you support SOX 404 and SEC filing?
Maker-checker, access control and audit trail are in place today. Dedicated SOX 404 testing support, SEC filing output and ACRA XBRL are on the roadmap.
Can we restrict who sees which entity?
Yes. Access is set by entity and module, and portal users see only their own balances.
How is FinConso priced?
Pricing is tailored to your group. It depends on the number of entities, the modules you use and the integration and implementation work involved. You get a written proposal after the demo.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the number of entities, frameworks and integrations. We agree a dated plan after scoping, and you go live only after a parallel run against your last close.
