Two ways to evaluate
Demo or pilot?
Product demo
A 30-minute walkthrough of the consolidation workflow on a sample group, with your questions answered by the team that builds it.
- Three fields to book
- No preparation needed
- No cost, no mailing list
Structured pilot
Evaluate the real workflow on a representative sample of your own trial balances, under a mutual NDA. You keep the consolidated pack.
- One quarter, your entity structure
- Clear inputs, outputs and timeline
- No cost or commitment
What happens next
From request to demo in three steps.
- 1
We set a time
We write back to fix a 30-minute slot.
- 2
We load your structure
Share a cut of your entity tree and chart of accounts, and we load it before the call.
- 3
You watch it run
The consolidation runs on your shape, and you keep the output.
Questions
Before you book.
Anything else, ask us in the demo. You will be talking to the people who build it.
Do we have to replace our ERP or accounting system?
No. FinConso takes trial balances from your source systems, entity by entity and period by period, by upload or by pulling from the system. Your books stay where they are.
Can we use different exchange rates for different accounts?
Yes. Exchange rates are set at GL level, so closing, average and historical rates apply to the right accounts. Rates are recorded and locked for the period.
How does it handle a mid-year change in shareholding?
Ownership, control and effective interest are held as at any period. Change a shareholding mid-year and the consolidation and NCI calculation pick it up from that date.
Can we still work in spreadsheets?
Yes. Export any statement, schedule or note to .xlsx with the links to the underlying accounts kept, so reviewers can trace every figure.
How do vendors, customers and banks confirm balances?
Through their own portal. They see the balance in your books, confirm it or raise a difference, and the response is matched to the ledger with a full trail for the auditor.
Does it consolidate budgets and forecasts too?
Yes. Budgets and forecasts consolidate on the same structure as actuals, feed the cash flow models, and drive covenant monitoring forward, not just at the test date.
Our statutory format is unusual. Can FinConso handle it?
Most formats are handled through configuration: layouts, captions, rounding and comparatives. Where the product needs to change, we agree the scope and timing with you before committing to a date.
Which systems does FinConso connect to?
FinConso has connectors for the ERP and accounting systems clients run, plus bank statement feeds and email inboxes for invoices and remittances. Trial balances, sub-ledgers and master data arrive on a schedule. We confirm your systems in the demo.
Do we have to use every module?
No. Start with consolidation and reporting, or with receivables, payables or treasury, and add modules later. They share one data model, so each one you add connects to the rest.
Does the AI post anything on its own?
No. AI agents propose matches, codings, corrections and commentary. A named reviewer approves each one before it posts, and the audit trail records both.
Do leases, fixed assets and borrowings need separate tools?
No. Leases (in Comply & AI), the fixed asset register, debt and EPS modules run inside FinConso and feed the statements and notes directly.
How is FinConso priced?
Pricing is tailored to your group. It depends on the number of entities, the modules you use and the integration and implementation work involved. You get a written proposal after the demo. Implementation and pricing.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on your entities, frameworks and integrations. We agree a dated plan after scoping, and you go live only after a parallel run against your last close.
What is the difference between a demo and a pilot?
A demo is a 30-minute walkthrough on a sample group. A pilot is a structured evaluation on a representative sample of your own trial balances, under a mutual NDA, for qualified groups. How the pilot works.
