The problem

Invoices are keyed by hand, exceptions sit in inboxes, and duplicates slip through.

What FinConso does

Supplier invoices captured from the AP inbox and the vendor portal, checked for duplicates, matched to PO and receipt, and routed for approval before the payment run.

Capabilities

Everything procure to pay needs, in one place.

01

AP automation

Invoices captured from email, e-invoices and the portal, with data extraction, duplicate checks and fraud screening.

02

Three-way matching and non-PO coding

Invoices matched to purchase order and receipt. Non-PO invoices coded to the right GL with suggestions.

03

Approvals and exceptions

Approval routes by amount, entity and category. Exceptions handled in one queue with a full trail.

04

Vendor portal

Supplier onboarding, bank account validation and screening, purchase order delivery, order acknowledgement and invoice submission.

05

Vendor payments

Payment runs with approvals, anomaly detection, posting back to the ERP and remittance updates to suppliers.

06

Vendor reconciliation and confirmations

Supplier statements reconciled to the ledger, with a balance confirmation request and response cycle.

How it works

Three steps, every period.

  1. 1

    Capture

Invoices arrive from the inbox, portal and e-invoices.

  2. 2

    Match and approve

Three-way match, coding and routed approvals.

  3. 3

    Pay and reconcile

Payment runs on terms, then supplier statements reconciled.

Controls

Review and approval, built in.

✓

Three-way match before approval

✓

Duplicate and supplier-detail checks on every invoice

✓

Payment runs approved by a second person

Every action is recorded in the audit trail with who, when and what changed. Security and trust →

Implementation

Live after a parallel run, not on trust.

We validate FinConso against your own last close before you rely on it.

  1. 1

    Scope

Entities, frameworks, reports and integrations agreed, with a written plan and owners on both sides.

  2. 2

    Connect or upload

Trial balances from your accounting systems by connector or upload template. Your books stay where they are.

  3. 3

    Map and configure

Group chart, mappings, ownership, rates and elimination rules set up and approved by your team.

  4. 4

    Parallel run

FinConso runs alongside your last close, and every difference with your existing numbers is explained before go-live.

  5. 5

    Go live

Sign-off by your controller, then the first close on FinConso with our team alongside.

FAQ

Procure to pay questions

Anything else, ask us in the demo. You will be talking to the people who build it.

How are duplicate invoices caught?

Every invoice is checked against existing invoices by supplier, number, amount and date patterns before it reaches approval.

Can suppliers onboard themselves?

Yes. Suppliers register in the portal, and bank accounts and tax details are validated before approval.

Do payments post back to our ERP?

Yes. Payment runs post to the ERP and send remittance details to suppliers.

How is FinConso priced?

Pricing is tailored to your group. It depends on the number of entities, the modules you use and the integration and implementation work involved. You get a written proposal after the demo.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the number of entities, frameworks and integrations. We agree a dated plan after scoping, and you go live only after a parallel run against your last close.

Structured pilot · no cost

Evaluate FinConso on a representative sample of your group.

For qualified groups: share one quarter's trial balances and your entity structure under a mutual NDA, and we return the consolidated pack. You keep the output, whether or not you go ahead.
